A bathroom vanity with a marble countertop, a sink with a chrome faucet, a striped vase with white flowers, and a beige-colored hand towel hanging on a ring. There are two black and white wall sconces, a large mirror, and a small gold container on the counter. The wall is painted pink, and the floor has small black and white tile.

This full-service bathroom renovation in Portland’s Overlook neighborhood was designed to feel fresh and functional while celebrating the client’s love of mid-century character and vintage charm.

Our scope included floor plan development, construction drawings, material and fixture selections, and construction oversight from concept through completion. Natural stone, warm wood tones, custom lighting, and vintage-inspired tile bring character and texture to the bathroom, while playful color and pattern keep the space from feeling overly serious.

The result is a Portland bathroom renovation that feels warm, collected, and highly personal, balancing modern function with the vintage sensibility that makes this Portland Foursquare home special.
